How do I sign up?

Go into any participating Chemmart^® Pharmacy and spend $5 or more and fill out an application form. You will immediately be given a Chemmart^® Rewards card which you can begin using to earn exciting rewards.

How do I get Chemmart^® Cash?

When using your Chemmart® Rewards card, you earn 5c Chemmart® Cash for every dollar you spend on non-prescription items. Chemmart® Cash is banked onto your card, and is displayed in the top section of the card. You can spend your Chemmart® Cash at any time, at any Chemmart® Pharmacy on any non-prescription item. I have lost my card, how do I get a new one?

If you have lost your Chemmart® rewards card, you can request a new card instore by filling out a form or click here to give us your details and you will receive your new card through the mail.

How will I be informed of prizes on offer?

If you have provided us with your current email address you will be sent regular emails telling you about all our fantastic promotions, plus there will be posters in-store and of course our website will be updated regularly. If you would like to provide your email address, please go to the Update Your Details page.

How can I update my details?

You can advise the staff at your pharmacy of your new contact details and they will ask you to fill out a form or click here to update your details on-line.
